...men’s and women’s cross country teams trotted out the youth once again at the Iona Meet of Champions on Saturday, with each team racing five freshmen. The youngsters held their ground just fine, placing 10th out of 19 teams on the women’s side and 11th among 19 men’s squads. On the women’s side, the large field of 206 runners encouraged a conservative start for the young Crimson athletes, but all the runners finished strong. The team was paced by freshman Cara Sprague, who finished 47th...

The wind also made the course’s fairways play narrower, which, combined with the hard, fast greens, put a premium on the precision of longer shots. ...color. “I was really happy with the way everyone competed,” junior co-captain Chris Clayton said. “Even when people lost, they went down swinging.” But it was Chijoff-Evans who stole the show. Going into his 10th match in three days, Chijoff-Evans doubted himself. “I thought it was a bad idea to play doubles immediately before singles,” Chijoff-Evans said, referring to the doubles bracket championship he played with senior co-captain Dan Nguyen just before, losing to a duo from...

...study that has placed Harvard atop the Ivies for its “sexual health.” Commissioned by the makers of Trojan condoms and compiled by an independent research firm, the second annual Sexual Health Report Card recorded a 3.55 GPA for Harvard—10th overall of the 139 schools assessed, and up from the 43rd spot last year. Among the 11 criteria in the study were availability of condoms and other contraceptives, STD testing, health center operating hours, and strength of sexual health awareness programs. Harvard was directly tailed in the rankings by Columbia...
