Frank Fay Howe of the class of '92 died at his home in South Framingham, Mass., on February 24th, at the age of 25 years. Mr. Howe had been ill since last Thanksgiving, but he had been able to be up and about until a week before his death, when he was seized with acute Bright's disease.
