EDITORS HERALD-CRIMSON :-It is now the 9th of Nov. and in two of my courses, where there are about a hundred men in each, there have been no seats assigned. The result is, that the instructor has to call the role each lecture, taking up considerable time thereby. The average time for calling these 100 names, is six minutes.
