Lionel Barrymore in "A Family Affair" is the second feature, the first, "A Star Is Born" having been reviewed yesterday. It tells the story of an honest old judge in a small town--his troubles and his triumph--the picture rolls along pleasantly enough. Mickey Rooney handles most of the comedy and turns in an excellent performance, although his girl friend is pretty terrible to lok at.
