...African Union peacekeeping force in Somalia, AMISOM, put the death toll at 19, with dozens wounded. Among the dead were Education Minister Ahmed Abdulahi Wayeel, Health Minister Qamar Aden Ali and Higher Education Minister Ibrahim Hassan Addow.
