From the minarets of Gaza City mosques last week, Hamas sheiks praised the "heroic" suicide bomber of Afula. Boys pelted Israeli military headquarters in Gaza City with stones, then waited for the inevitable rubber bullets. A donkey carcass lay rotting by the side of the road in Jabalia camp.
