London Calling. London's Stansted Airport, a low-fare airline hub, has been approved for expansion, which will increase its yearly flight capacity by nearly 10%, from 241,000 flights to 264,000 flights. The airport, located 45 minutes from London by express train, currently has one runway; plans to build a second one may get off the ground as early as 2009.
