DEAN EPPS'S DECISION last week to deny permission for the Radcliffe Union of Students to hold an all-women's dinner at the Mather House dining hall reveals both a lack of sympathy with the legitimate interests of Radcliffe women, and an overly rigid interpretation of a general University policy.
