...second act centers about Mr. Burroughs' refusal to allow his Cockney gardner to go into the moving picture business. In spite of his refusal, Kemp (W. C. Jackson '22), the gardner, runs off, becomes fabulously rich, and by the time of the next annual house party at the Burroughs home, he has nearly succeeded in accomplishing the financial ruin of his former master. In the final act, however, Clive's insane but harmless interferances succeed in bringing back the lost fortune and in reuniting the separated lovers.
