Western ways prevailed on a San Francisco gridiron as the allstar Eastern team lost loosely to Pacific players in the name of Christmas charity. To be sure, the triumph of Far Western football was slightly alloyed by the potent presence in their line-up of Joel Hunt from the Texas Aggies.
