This weakness on the part of the heavy Dartmouth line, on which the team still relies almost entirely for its gains, was a great disappointment to the Hanoverians. A redeeming feature, however, were the punts by Llewellyn, the Dartmouth quarterback...

...second division started with Little's first, Eight Wonders second, and the Yard crew third. Little's crew had little difficulty in drawing away, leaving the last two boats to fight out a close race. Although the Eight Wonders crew was almost overhauled on account of the superior steering of the Yard care, it will, nevertheless, be allowed to compete today...

...sketch entitled "Hour Exams", H. C. Greene tells the story of two roommates' rivalry with gentle humor--almost too gentle at times. "Trusts--A Point of View" is a comic bit of narrative by H. S. Ross, whose feeling for detail is almost Wordsworthian. Jabez Bronson is undoubtedly the best thing in the number. ...first score by an opponent came in the Williams game, when as the result of a splendid succession of forward passes during the second period, Williams approached close enough to score a goal from the field. The line-up at the time, however, was composed almost entirely of second string men and can hardly be taken as proof of the lack of ability of the team as a whole. During both this game and the contest against Amherst a week later, the University team has shown that its greatest strength lies in line rushes and what is known...
