...book has many valuable suggestions in it, anyone of which would do one good. A chapter on the use of Narcotics is an example. Towards the end of the book the suggestions for remembering names would be practically valuable. If on introduction the name were carefully repeated aloud, there would be no difficulty in remembering it. Also the chapter on "How to Learn a New Language," might really benefit a student if he observed its rules, and for such chapters the book is valuable, though in parts it approaches the fanciful...
