...Among the most recent developments have been the establishment of a laboratory for the courses in Statistics and Accounting and an experiment now being tried with the thesis work in Economics 2. Dissatisfied with the results secured in ordinary thesis work, the Department this year employed an additional assistant in Economics 2, and has more than doubled the amount of help and supervision that the students have received in the preparation of their theses.
