The referee indicated that Harvard did not have any timeouts remaining, however, and charged Delaney Smith with a technical foul. Allegedly, Harvard had been mistakenly assessed with a CCSU timeout earlier in the game, and charged Delaney Smith said last night that she intends to protest the game.
