With the erection of the new antenna over the Cruft Memorial Laboratory, a number of important experiments have been carried on by Professor G. W. Pierce and his assistants. On Wednesday a very distinct message was received from Berlin, a distance of over 3,000 miles, and on several occasions stations on the Pacific Coast have been heard distinctly.
