Prompted with "Denver," Boswell unfailingly responds, "Colorado." Asked to name a city in Colorado, however, he goes blank. Similarly, Boswell recognizes the category "horse" but cannot supply the example "Appaloosa." He knows "U.S. President" but not Harry Truman or Richard Nixon.
