Will you kindly tell us through the medium of your columns whether the parade this evening is or is not a strictly intercollegiate affair? From Mr. Whitney's letter in Wednesday's CRIMSON it would appear that we are to have political clubs along with the colleges. For that reason he says we ought to swell the college division to save it from insignificance, etc. All this seems rather confused.
