Periods of play begin at quarter of and quarter past the hour, starting at 7.45 A. M. In making reservations, the names of both players must appear on the chart. (In case of doubles, four names are necessary). This applies when signing at Jarvis Field and also at Leavitt & Peirce's, where a blue-book for afternoon reservations will be found daily, not later than 8 A. M. on the day of play.
