BOSTON MUSEUM. - "The Crisis," which was produced here on Monday evening, is an adaptation by Mr. Albery of "Les Fourchambault" of M. Emile Augier. It is a powerful and interesting comedy, and is constructed with much skill. The company appear to much advantage, and are strengthened by the addition of Miss Fanny Morant, who is excellent in the part of Mrs. Goring. Miss Clarke is at her best as Haidee Burnside. "The Crisis" will be continued next week, and is well worth seeing...
GAIETY THEATRE. - A company called "The Revellers" are appearing at this theatre this week in a piece by the name of "Trouble." Mr. Newcomb and Miss Davenport easily lead, both in singing and acting. The plot of the piece is somewhat slight, but there is plenty of fun as well as melody in it. Next week Tony Denier's Humpty Dumpty Troupe will appear here...
GLOBE THEATRE. - This theatre has been leased by Mr. Stetson for a term of years, and many improvements have been made. The opening night is next Monday, when Mr. and Mrs. Bandmann appear in "Narcisse," a play in which they have been very successful...
