...University basketball team won its seventh consecutive victory by defeating the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the Gymnasium last night by a score of 42 to 8. Considering the fact that Captain Griffiths was not in the game on account of a strained muscle in his arm, the showing of the Harvard players was remarkably good. Both sides played roughly at times, which prevented effective team play, but the University players covered more closely and kept their opponents from scoring from the floor.
