Some of the workers were not only carrying full schedules at their respective schools, but were also holding down part time jobs around the city; yet, these students, in the three or four nights that they put in a week, turned out some 30,000 to 40,000 letters...

He has also offered to cedo Sicily to the U. S., but so far Washington hasn't taken...

Her lines are poor--she too has to spend her time telling Jolson to relax--but her performance is enough to make her a leading candidate for the worst actress of the year. Unfortunately she stays around to marry Jolson and manage his life...
