...Historical Society were of such general interest that they have been thought worthy of publication in the Johns Hopkins University series. Besides the organizations mentioned there are several others in college which might arrange courses of lectures that would attract students and outsiders as well. If the Art Club is still in existence it might give strong proof of its life by instituting a series of lectures on art matters. We trust our suggestions will meet with the approbation of the societies mentioned and before long we expect to be overwhelmed with lecture courses...
