That Yale will have no professional coach this year is almost certain, though L. M. Johnson '02, who has played on professional teams, will assist Captain Robertson in developing the team. Besides, Johnson, Keator, Carter, Beall, Redington, Quinby and Camp--all graduates--will coach the team during the coming season. ...Nichols '86 will again act as head coach and will be assisted by B. H. Hayes '98. It is hoped that they will be able to watch the cage practice occasionally, but they will not begin regular work until the team gets outdoors. For the present the practice will be under the direction of Captain Reid, and Lewis of the Boston League team, who will give particular attention to the pitchers.
