Tickets sales for the Dartmouth game are considerably slower than they have been for any game this year, W. Henry Johnston, publicity director for the Athletic Association revealed last night.
The move came less that two weeks after Athletic Director William J. Bingham '16 received a reply to his letter to Dartmouth concerning last year's half-time fracas.
"We're going to make last year's freshman intramural athletic program look like peanuts," Robert B. Ross 3L, assistant secretary of the Union, said yesterday as he announced the appointment of six freshmen to the Yard Athletic Committee.
The athletic program was instituted for the first time last year, under Ross's guidance, to provide a competitive athletic program for the large number of freshmen who do not take part in intercollegiate athletics.
West Point athletic authorities returned 2000 seats to Saturday's game to the H.A.A. yesterday. The tickets, for sections 11 and 12 will go on sale at the H.A.A. as soon as they arrive today.
