Jimmy McHugh, 74, composer of On the Sunny Side of the Street, I'm in the Mood for Love, along with many other hits and scores for movie and Broadway musicals; of a heart attack; in Beverly Hills. His father wanted him to be a plumber, but Jimmy had other ideas, and by 1921 he was on Broadway's Tin Pan Alley turning out Hinky Dinky Parlay Voo and Lone-somest Girl in Town.
