...apparent that it would have been inexcusable in the first game of the season. The plays were run off in a slipshod fashion with no concerted action in starting. On line plays the backs straggled into the holes in a hesitating way that put no force into the attack, and on end runs, with one exception, formed no interference. ...season. The game will be called at 3 o'clock. Last Saturday the Freshmen lost their first game to Exeter by a score of 6 to 0, chiefly through their inability to stop heavy mass plays. Since then they have been coached to meet this style of attack; and their line will be strengthened by the addition of Oveson from the University squad.
