Last week CBS voluntarily gave up broadcasting to the U.S. from Rome in order to avoid a censorship that made newscasting virtually impossible. A couple of days after CBS vacated the Rome air, NBC was booted by Il Duce's Ministry for Popular Culture. Not at all reluctant was either network to get out of Rome.
