This fault disappears in the second act, and there is a great moment in Roosevelt's library where everything seems to catch hold at once. The catalyst is his awkward and lonely daughter, Anna, whom he crossly reprimands for a minor fault. But then he and Eleanor begin to communicate, and Anna, affectingly played by Roni Dengel, comprehends her parents maturely for the first time...
...this issue, "The Return of the Magi" by George Starbuck is neither ambitious nor very successful. It's about taking the Christ out of Christmas and the sing-songy rhythms and rhymes, while appropriate for the subject, walk the poem too hard in places. Now he can even poke fun at his "little brother" Wilbert, who is only 6 ft. 5 in. "Nothing to him," says Wilt. When a stranger accosts him and says, "Wilt...
...other hand, the varsity's goals were well-executed. With five minutes left in the game, center Bud Higgenbottom shot a pass from his own blue line to Dick Reilly waiting alone at the Clarkson blue line. Reilly skated down the side at an awkward angle, and fired a high shot to the upper lefthand corner of Clarkson's cage. MacDonald could only manage to deflect it into the center of the cage...
