The article's quoting my assessment that the University is unlikely to win the case is wrong. I feel that the University is not certain of a victory because life is uncertain. I have repeatedly stated that the Business School is not a discriminatory, sexist environment, and Barbara Jackson was, on balance, treated like any other candidate in the tenure process.
