Please understand that Balboa is in the Canal Zone and if the Cabinet met in any police station they met in the Panama City police station. If your article was true then you are contradicting Secretary of State Hull's statement that the U.S. Government had nothing to do with the change of Government here in Panama which is absolutely correct...
