Foreign ministers of Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia have agreed to meet next week for peace talks in Geneva. Earlier, Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke said in Belgrade that all sides in the Balkan conflict had agreed to a divide Bosnia in half, with 51 percent going to the Muslim government and 49 percent to the Serbs.
