After Johansen's goal the Green came came back strongly and tested goalie Williams with several stiff shots. The half ended, however, with the Crimson leading by a point. In the second half there was a slow start but the Dartmouth booters finally got the ball down to the mouth of the Harvard goal on a penalty shot where it was kicked around for a few seconds before Ward of Dartmouth got ahold of it and sunk it with a neat placement...
