There is now on exhibition in the Library of the School of Landscape Architecture, Robinson Hall, a set of Plan prepared by William Lyman Phillips '07 M.L.A. '10, recently landscape architec for the Isthmian Canal Commission, for the laying out of the new town of Bal boa, Panama.
