Unless Congress restructures the Medicare system to reduce expenditures the system will go bankrupt as revenues generated by Medicare taxes fall below expenditures. Surpising market watchers, Apple Computer Inc. announced today that, despite higher sales, it will likely lose money in the current quarter.
