...sinking ship afloat. Pastore (of “The Sopranos” fame) and Outkast’s Benjamin stand out as an unlikely and entertaining crime duo. Pastore, who is tough and sly, and Benjamin, who dresses effeminately and is highly intelligent, have great chemistry and witty banter on screen. Statham is a strong lead as well; however, the sub-par performance of his counterpart, Liotta, undercuts his performance. Liotta’s character is completely one-dimensional and boring. Perhaps to spice up Liotta’s character, Ritchie directs him to walk around nearly naked or showing...

...take on constant financial worry along with a set of seemingly intractable problems to solve. Depending on which camp a senior aligns herself with, either those who choose the corporate world are venal or those who don’t are naïve. The division is amusing to banter about, with the same appeal as an old-fashioned Western, before it becomes real—good and evil are starkly defined, and in theory, wearing the white hat will surely make up for having to order one drink instead of four when out on the town with financier buddies...

...that’s known for being popular as much as it’s known for being delicious. Getting there is a simple bus ride on the 96, or a T-ride to Davis and a walk up College Ave. But why bother tossing off mildly peeved, tired banter with your neighbor in line? Lyndell’s Bakery, just across the street, offers up pastry classics: danishes, scones, and generously frosted cupcakes in white cardboard boxes tied with string. Abundant seating with a view of the Tufts campus is available nearby in Nathan Tufts Park. To complete...
