Died. Jefferson Monroe Levy, 72, politician, owner of Monticello, President Jefferson's home; in Manhattan, of heart disease. He represented New York City in the 56th, 62nd and 63rd Congresses, inherited Monticello from his uncle Uriah P. Levy who had bought it from the Rev. James C.
