There is a lesson to be learned here: once committed to a point of view, people develop a vested interest. Although Oliver Stone's upcoming Framed! clearly overstates the case in its ugly, baseless claim that White House lawyer Vince Foster killed Nicole (highly unlikely since Foster was "murdered" a year earlier), Stone's case for Goldman's being killed by Al Cowlings in a cleanup operation probably shouldn't be dismissed out of hand...

...accusations of anti-Semitism and racism are baseless and offensive. In Josh's quaint reality (where Bill Weld and the HRRA are conservatives), anyone who criticizes one member of a group must detest all member of that group. In that case, the editorial displays an alarming anti-Christian and anti-American bias, for I am a proud member of both groups. The "anti-Semitic strain" you see in my article, Mr. Kaufman, exists only in your head...

Toby Roth (R-Wis.) alluded to this trend of "Anglocentricity," stating, "We do not want any hyphenate Americans in this country; we do not want Italian-Americans, Jewish-Americans, Mexican-Americans, Korean-Americans...." Roth added that we will not repeat the mistakes of the former Soviet Union by allowing multiple languages in our country, thus causing its disintegration...

...been inside the place in years. Raising further suspicion was the presence of former staff members from Clinton's travel office who had been fired seven months before, replaced by Clinton loyalists, and investigated by the FBI on charges of misappropriation leveled by the White House. (The charges proved baseless.) Bob Dole went so far as to draw comparisons with Nixon's "enemies list" after hearing that this one was sprinkled with influential Republicans. Could the White House be digging up dirt on old foes like Bush Secretary of State James Baker...
