While the result of the game at Princeton was not unanticipated, the work of the nine was in many respects disappointing. HARVARD LOSES HER FIRST CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.Princeton won the first championship game of the season at Princeton on Saturday, easily defeating Harvard by a score of eleven to two. The day was perfect for base ball; and a large delegation of Princeton supporters came from New York to witness the game. Only about six Harvard men accompanied the team from Cambridge, and the work of the nine was a disappointment.
