You described the government's Basic Pilot program as an easy way for companies to verify a prospective employee's legal status yet omitted that Tyson has voluntarily participated in the program for years. You cited the prosecution's case against Tyson in a 2003 immigration trial yet barely mentioned that a jury acquitted the company.
