Commanders at Bucca say they'll only hand over detainees to the nine Iraqi facilities that are regularly inspected by the U.S Justice Department and meet basic humanitarian conditions. They're also building a new prison in Taji, north of Baghdad, with 5,600 beds. The plan is to continue to release most of the Bucca detainees and transition the high-threat inmates over to Taji, train Iraqi staff there and then turn the entire facility over to the Iraqi corrections system. Bucca is expected to be closed by July, and the U.S wants to be out of the detention...

...first study, just published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (J.A.C.C.,) a team of eight researchers looking at more than 63,000 women who were participants in the ongoing Nurses' Health Study, found that those who reported basic symptoms of depression (like feeling down and incapable of happiness) had a higher-than-normal risk of coronary heart disease. And women who were clinically depressed were more than twice as likely as other women to suffer sudden cardiac death. None of the participants had heart problems at the study's outset, but nearly 8% had symptoms of depression...

...OZAWA: Totally relevant. Without this reform we will not be able to create a new Japan. However, I would like add the following point so that I am not misunderstood. I'm not saying that bureaucracy is unnecessary. What I'm saying is that the basic policy course should be set by politicians. And once the course is set the specific policies are supposed to be implemented by the bureaucrats. That means that the bureaucrats, like the politicians, are supposed to do their own jobs...
