...terribly meaningful, those of us who don't really know what's going on can enjoy it nonetheless. The singers have a gutsy, raw sound, especially Valerie Gilbert and the woman who calls herself--honest--Isopropyl Pavlova in the program. The band is energetic and terrific-- Noelani Rodriguez on bass, and John Arimond, Regina Arnold, and Morley Robertson on guitar. Robertson's bizarre contortions with his instrument are particularly fun to watch...
