Right, okay, put a check in the togetherness column...but what about sanity? What about some semblance of order? What I cannot agree with is The Crimson's continued insistance on characterizing Eliot House as a bastion of aristocratic prep school students. The combined effect of new house masters and non-ordered choice have begun to diversify Eliot. Reinforcing dying stereotypes does no one any good...

...final note on the rhetoric forced cultural mixing, especially timely this weekend. Long-established, homogenous groups are just bastion of discrimination waiting to be integrated? Then Columbus wasn't invading America--he was only trying to make it more culturally diverse. What? You say the indigenous culture was destroyed? Sorry, but it had to be. Columbus didn't feel at home...
