Edgewood Arsenal is admirably situated for an R. O. T. C. camp. It is located on the main line of the Pennsylvania Railroad twenty miles north of Baltimore on a peninsula eight miles long and about two miles wide. This territory known as Gunpowder Neck, jutts out into Chespeake Bay between the mouths of the Gunpowder and Bush Rivers. The railroad cuts across the entire width of the neck forming the northern boundary of the Arsenal. ...meeting of the Silver Bay Committee yesterday afternoon in the Randolph Hall Breakfast Room Chairman Corliss Lamont '24 outlined the final plans for the University delegation to the Conference. The best route to Silver Bay from Boston, he explained, was via the Boston and Maine and Rutland railroads. The trip will take from 8 o'clock in the morning to 6 in the afternoon.
