...hurdle, Fearing and Van Ingen were first and second in the first trial heat and Duane and Eaton in the second trial heat. The Yale supporters had strong hopes of Eaton's ability to beat Fearing and when these four men sprang from the mark in the final heat, there was an abundance of lusty Yale cheering. Harvard took a great brace in the game with the Milfords yesterday, and beat them in an errorless game, 4 to 0. The Milfords were a picked team of considerable strength, with Kiley and McKeever as the battery, and such old players in the field as Wise, Hickey, Judd, Magoun, and others. Kiley was hit more freely than he has been in either of the other games in which he has pitched in Cambridge, although the hits were not so bunched as to do the most good...

Lyman will probably beat Fearing in the 120 yards high hurdles, but Harvard ought to take second and third places through Fearing and the winner of the trial heats today between McNear '95, Guerin '93, Burr L. S., and Duane '92. It is safe, however, to put Fearing first in the 220 yard low hurdles with Eaton a close second and some Yale man third. The honors in both hurdles will be pretty evenly divided, nine points to eight in Harvard's favor...
