...academic year 1904-05, every student in the University should be charged a fee of four dollars a year for the maintenance of the Stillman Infirmary. On the order of a physician, any student in case of sickness will be entitled, in return for this fee, to a bed in a ward, board, and ordinary nursing for a period not exceeding two weeks in any academic year.
