COLUMBUS, Neb.: A "SWAT team" of government investigators is swarming on the Hudson Foods plant that produced 1.2 million pounds of E. coli contaminated frozen burgers, all called back last week in the largest ground beef recall in US history. The Team is poring over records and procedures used at the factory to try and figure out what happened. At least 15 people in Colorado have gotten sick from the burgers, though the patties were distributed nationwide...
