Like the existing male final clubs and fraternities, the Bee serves worthy social practices, particularily on a campus as socially inactive as Harvard's. What the women in the Bee realize and what the majority fails to understand is that Harvard can be a pretty boring place on the weekends without the kind of reliable entertainment and comraderide that clubs provide. Put simply, most people join them to have fun. Rather than merely condemning the clubs for being "elitist and exclusionary," the staff should address the reasons for their existence...
