Hoyt's new drama, "A Texas Steer," began its two weeks' engagement at Tremont Theatre Monday evening. Its main idea is the transformation of a rich Texan into a member of Congress. The cast, generally speaking, is most successful in the Texan manners, and Miss Walsh in particular displays charming abilities as "Bossy" Brander.
