...hedge, I will mention that I have not yet seen the film, which undoubtedly impairs my appreciation of the soundtrack. Music fans who are far older than me often claim this is why classical is the only “truly” good music, because it rigorously explores the possibilities of tonal relationships and all that institutionalized dreck. Ironically, it was being entrenched in classical music to begin with that made me realize how simple (thus fundamental) it is to play with form.
