...record is a triumph for the Rumour; they play "Cool Down Boy" and "35 Millimeter Dreams" much better than they were ever written. Brinsley Schwarz and Martin Belmont's flawless, flowing guitars and Steve Goulding's syncopated drum riffs make everything fun to listen to. But some vocals mark a step back for Jeffreys.
